M 6.4 Earthquake - June 2002 - Iran

The 2002 Avaj earthquake (Mw 6.5) triggered many landslides across an area of 3,600 km². The largest landslide, 150 m long and 100 m across, occurred SE of the village of Changureh in NW Iran.
